Hey Folks! Ultra NT has been overdue for an update, so it’s time for me to make that right! I’m about to leave for a weekend trip, so this post will be a little shorter than usual.

The main change in 1.5 is the new menu button layout; the Delta button has been moved up between the shoulder buttons, more in line with NT Flip. Also, the shoulder buttons have been redrawn and look much better, particularly on the transparent editions!

Speaking of shoulder buttons, there’s a new invisible A+R combo button between the A and R buttons, so go ahead and drift all over the place in Mario Kart!

Pink is a new Classic Color, and Ultra NT+ gets two new Gamecube-inspired Special Editions; Spice and Emerald. Ultra NT Transparent also gets a new edition, Enjoy, based on the Japanese-exclusive clear Gamecube controller!

Some Special Editions have been refined, including thumbcaps that more closely resemble their original N64 inspirations!

Lastly, the clear and solid plastic materials have been improved across the board, and the Transparent Funtastic colors have been reformulated slightly.

Working on this update has reminded me how much I love Ultra NT, and I hope you enjoy these improvements!
