The new version of Delta Pocket has finally arrived! This update is jam-packed with new features and enhancements to improve the Delta Pocket experience.

What's New in Version 2.0

New Extended Design: The entire Delta Pocket line now features an extended layout, which removes the bottom padding and makes the device taller to reach the bottom edge of your phone.
Landscape Mode: All editions now have a landscape design! I've been testing the horizontal layout from the Pride collection by playing Metroid Fusion, and after some tweaks, I'm confident enough to take it out of preview!
Command Redesign: Redesigned Save, Load, and Turbo buttons help to avoid accidentally touching Quick Load when opening Control Center. Your progress is secure!
Control Refinements: The D-Pad and face buttons have been lowered slightly, with beefed-up tap targets for smoother gameplay. The center combo button is now R+B!
Visual Improvements: Many editions have had colors and lighting tweaked. The D-Pad, Face Buttons, and Menu Buttons have received facelifts, and the Delta logo has been updated.
Crisp Assets: Skin image assets are now exported at native resolution for iPhone 15 Pro Max and iPhone 14 Pro.

New Special Editions

Varia: An orange design that'll have you feeling like a galactic bounty hunter.
Speedster: A blue tribute that'll make you feel like collecting gold rings.
Dolphin: A colorful purple edition that definitely isn’t a cube.
Glacier: A pale blue transparent edition reminiscent of the Game Boy Advance that I always wanted. Available in Delta Pocket+ and Delta Pocket Transparent.

New Display Modes

GB DMG: The Black Edition now has a monochrome alternate called “Black-DMG,” which recreates the original Game Boy’s green dot matrix display.
Neon Matrix: The super black Neon Matrix Edition has been upgraded with a round pixel grid and a new orange-red monochrome display.
GB PK: FUNBOY is available in color and the mono PK mode, which features a grey-green display inspired by the Game Boy Pocket. Adds an alternate blue light monochrome display called "DP–12-Light", inspired by the Game Boy Light.
GB Light: DP–12 has a new blue monochrome alternate called “DP–12 Light”, inspired by the Game Boy Light.

Grab Delta Pocket 2 now and experience your favorite classics like never before! Whether you're absorbing X parasites or speeding through Special Stages, this update takes Delta Pocket to the next level.

But there's actually one more thing!

The new Instruction Booklet is a comprehensive guide with detailed installation instructions, tips and tricks, information about the different collections, and answers to frequently asked questions. The Product Catalogue is an overview of all of the Delta Pocket collections, with previews of each skin. I like to think of these as fun extras that would be included in the box!

The Instruction and Catalogue booklets can be found on the Delta Pocket product page, as well as your download page on Gumroad. Even if you’ve been using Delta Pocket for a while, you might want to check these out!
